I’ve lost 4 lbs in 10 days!
After hearing a coach talk about Rolling Strong in orientation I decided that I wanted to join the program. I’ve always been into fitness and I’ve notices that I started gaining weight since I became a driver. After the assessment, my coach helped me establish 3 health goals for the week: drink enough water, start a new exercise routing 5 times a week for 30 minutes, and add some healthy snacks. I kept up with my goals and when I saw my coach 10 days after my first assessment and I have already lost 4 lbs. I’m very happy with the program and will keep on going until I get to my goals.
