Kevin has lost 16 pounds over the past two months. He learned during orientation, from the Rolling Strong CDL Wellness Coach, how important it is to drink water when he is driving. His main weight loss tip is to stay away from truck stop foods. He now eats veggies, fruits, and salads while out on the road.
