Josh has lost 15 pounds over the past 4 weeks and has lowered his blood pressure by 10 points! He is eating less sugar and has eliminated nearly all sodas. He has also cut out breads and pastas and increased his intake of protein and green vegetables. In addition, he is drinking around 1 gallon of water per day.
