Atila has lost 47 pounds with the help of Rolling Strong. She said she is trying to be healthier and wants to live to see her baby girl grow up. Atila has been exercising to help with weight loss by walking 30 minutes on the treadmill three times per week. She also includes a lot of colorful veggies at meal time each day while driving out on the road. She has decreased her simple carbs and stress levels. These small changes have added up over time.
