Walking every day keeps me Rolling Strong
Before I started with Rolling Strong, I felt lazy and tired all the time. After driving, I would just get in my bed and watch a movie, or read, and then go to sleep. Being part of Rolling Strong keeps me going every day! I get out and walk and I feel better. I have more energy, I’m eating better, and I’ve lowered my systolic blood pressure by 30 points!
