Joining Rolling Strong I learned how to look at nutrition labels and how many calories I am eating. Before I ate and drank what I wanted. I drank a lot of my calories; beer, Monster Energy Drinks, sweet tea, and Dr. Peppers. Now I log my food in the Rolling Strong app and to make sure I’m not over eating or drinking. I drink more water and eat smaller portions and search for healthy foods that I like. Now that it’s nicer out, I’m going to add in walking outside. I’ve lost about 8 lbs since January. I’m not giving up and am going to keep going and working with Rolling Strong.
