David has been working with a Rolling Strong Wellness Coach for nine weeks. He has lost a total of five inches off his waist and 28 pounds! At the start of his weight loss journey, David began doing CrossFit four times a week. He continues to work out weekly and pushes himself during every workout!
David has also worked with his wellness coach to incorporate healthy eating habits into his lifestyle. He continues to work very hard in order to maintain his current weight. Way to go, David!
