It’s not bad to monitor your calorie intake throughout the day. I use the Rolling Strong app to log my food. I’ve learned that some of the food I eat isn’t as bad as I think. Other foods that I expect to be low calorie are high calorie, so I feel more educated. I log my pre-trip and post-trip inspections as exercise and can see how many calories and points I burn and earn. I got the notification that I won a $50 MasterCard gift card and received it through email the same week. I like how the Rolling Strong program is setup to help me watch my sleep, nutrition, fitness and hydration. I feel better using the Rolling Strong Program.
