Matt has been working with Rolling Strong CDL Wellness Coach Kasey to increase his physical activity and exercise levels. Together they set a goal for Matt to use his FIT System resistance bands 3-4 times per week. He has gone above and beyond and uses them 6 days per week for 30 minutes at a time. He says once he got into the habit of exercising daily it became a lot easier. Way to meet the recommended amount of weekly activity! Keep it up!
