Slow and steady wins the race. Robin has been consistently checked in with Rolling Strong to make small changes to help with weight loss. She has lost 3 lbs since the first part of November 2017. She has incorporated a protein shake (Premier Protein) into her daily diet and walks around the bus each time it stops. Her weight loss has been slow but she has created new manageable lifestyle habits that she is able to maintain while driving out on the road. Congrats.
