Shae has lost eight pounds with the help of her Rolling Strong CDL wellness coach. The weight has melted off since she completed orientation in August. Shae exercises every day, runs, and does push-ups to help burn calories while out on the road. She stays away from pork, eats plenty of vegetables, and she snacks on nuts and yogurt. When Shae has a sweet tooth, she reaches for fruit instead of simple sugars such as candy, donuts, or soda. Shae is right on track to meet her weight loss goal! Great job!
