Steve has maintained his weight since going through orientation back in October of 2017. His systolic number has improved by dropping 23 points over the past five months. He set a small goal with the Hutchins CDL Wellness Coach to walk for at least 10 minutes each time the truck stops. He has exceeded that goal by now jogging for at least 10 minutes at least once a day to get his heart rate up quickly and burn a few calories. He is also making his own trail mix with raw nuts, raisins, and dark chocolate semi-sweets. These small changes have improve Steve’s health. Keep up the good work!
